2. What data do we collect and why?
We process personal data only on the basis of a legal reason. In most cases, this involves processing your request, your consent to receive news, or our legitimate interest (web analytics).
A) Contact form and inquiries
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process your data so that we can respond to you.
What data: First name, last name, email, phone number, and any other information you provide in your message.
Legal basis: Negotiations on the conclusion of a contract (processing of an inquiry) or legitimate interest (response to an inquiry).
Storage period: For the time necessary to process the communication.
B) Newsletter (Sending news)

3. Who do we share data with? (Processors)
We do not sell your data. However, some tools are accessible to our partners (processors) who provide us with technical support for our website and marketing. These are:

Right to restrict processing: You can restrict the scope of data processed.
Right to lodge a complaint: If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). However, we would appreciate it if you would first discuss any possible misconduct with us.

We declare that we have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data. The website uses the secure HTTPS protocol (encrypted transmission). Only authorized persons have access to the data.
